Founder of MAGIC Coaching & Consulting | Creator of the QMA System™
“You weren’t meant to drown in stress. You were meant to learn how to work with your mind so you can return to calm, clarity, and control – especially when life and leadership demand the most from you.”
My work begins with a simple truth
Stress is not the problem.
Unregulated stress is.
For more than 25 years, I’ve been decoding how stress impacts human performance – especially in moments of change, uncertainty, and high responsibility. What I’ve learned is that stress is not just emotional. It is neurological, physiological, and deeply tied to how we think, decide, and lead.
Most importantly, I’ve learned this through lived experience, not theory alone.
A journey shaped by change, pressure, and rebuilding
My understanding of stress was formed across very different worlds.
I’ve lived through war and economic instability. I’ve rebuilt my life across countries, languages, and cultures. I’ve navigated financial uncertainty, relationship transitions, and the responsibility of starting over more than once.
At a young age, I also carried significant family responsibility, becoming a stabilizing force during periods of profound uncertainty.
These experiences shaped something essential in me:
a deep respect for the human nervous system under pressure – and what it takes to stay functional, grounded, and clear when life becomes unpredictable.
The turning point
In 2010, I experienced a period of early-stage depression.
Instead of outsourcing my recovery, I began learning how to work with my own mind and nervous system in a different way. I explored natural mind-body practices including breathwork, sound and frequency work, journaling, grounding techniques, alpha-state meditation, and structured mental training.
Over time, something shifted.
I stopped seeing stress as an enemy to eliminate – and began understanding it as a signal system that could be read, regulated, and transformed.
That shift became foundational to everything I do today.
The deeper catalyst
Years later, following surgery and a severe pain-related shock caused by complications in recovery, I temporarily lost control of movement in my right leg.
That experience became a defining moment.
During recovery, I relied entirely on the methods I had developed over years of studying and practicing stress regulation. Not as theory – but as lived necessity.
It was during this period that the foundation of my proprietary method emerged:
The QMA System™ – Quantum Mind Activation
A structured approach to stress regulation, mental clarity, and resilient performance under pressure.
What is the QMA System™?
The QMA System™ is a coaching framework designed for high-performing professionals, executives, and decision-makers operating in complex, high-pressure environments.
It teaches you how to work with stress instead of being disrupted by it.
At its core, the system helps you recognize stress not as noise to fight—but as information to interpret, regulate, and transform into clarity and intelligent action.
It is not about escaping pressure.
It is about building the internal capacity to remain steady within it.
What changes through this work
Through the QMA System™, clients learn how to:
- regulate stress quickly and effectively without dependency or overwhelm
- restore mental clarity and emotional stability under pressure
- strengthen decision-making under uncertainty
- shift from reactive survival mode into grounded performance mode
- build sustainable and long-term resilience instead of short-term coping strategies
The result is not just reduced stress.
It is a different way of operating.
My professional background
Alongside my work in stress regulation and mind-body performance, I have built a career in enterprise change and transformation.
I have led and supported complex ERP and business transformation programs across finance, technology, and operations – working within large-scale environments involving front, middle, and back-office systems.
My experience includes delivering transformation initiatives and supporting organizations such as Panasonic, EY, KPMG, and New York Life Insurance Company, among others.
This work gave me a deep understanding of how stress shows up in leadership, decision-making, and organizational change at scale.
My approach
I bridge two worlds:
- Strategic transformation and business systems
- Human performance, nervous system regulation, and intuitive clarity
This integration is what allows my work to be both practical and deeply transformational.
I often describe it simply as:
left-brain structure with right-brain intelligence – applied in real leadership environments.
Education and training
My work is informed by multidisciplinary study and practice, including:
- Executive Master’s from Columbia University in Advanced Finance and Change Management
- Master’s in Radio-Physics Engineering from Yerevan State Polytechnic University
- Advanced studies in neuroscience, psychology, and resilience from institutions including Yale University, the University of Toronto, and the University of Colorado Boulder
- Coaching and transformational training, including Bob Proctor and Silva Method lineage work
- Certified Instructor/Trainer in the José Silva Ultramind ESP System
- Certified Life Coach through Mindvalley
Alongside formal education, my work is shaped by decades of applied experience in stress physiology, intuition, change leadership, and human performance.
What I help leaders do
Today, I work with executives, founders, and decision-makers who are navigating pressure, complexity, and change.
I help them:
- recalibrate during periods of uncertainty without losing clarity or control
- strengthen emotional, cognitive, and stress resilience
- improve decision-making under pressure
- develop intuitive clarity alongside strategic thinking
- operate from a calmer, more focused, and more sustainable performance state
This work supports not only how leaders feel – but how they think, decide, and lead.
Why this matters
Before I ever coached clients, I lived the reality of change, pressure, and rebuilding.
I know what it means to carry responsibility when there is no certainty.
I know what it means to start again.
I know what it means to function under stress while still being expected to lead.
This is why my work is not conceptual.
It is practical, embodied, and grounded in real-world experience.
My final note
Stress will always exist.
But suffering under stress does not have to be the price of success.
The goal is not to eliminate pressure but to use it like a barometer.
The goal is to build the internal capacity to meet it with clarity, steadiness, and intelligence.
Work with me
I work with individuals and organizations who are ready to shift from burnout-driven performance to clarity-driven leadership.
If your team, your leaders, or your organization is ready for a different way of operating under pressure – one that supports both performance and wellbeing – I would be glad to connect.
You were never meant to be consumed by stress.
You were meant to learn how to work with your quantum mind, lead from clarity, and stay steady when it matters most.
